COT SCHOLARSHIPS
2023-2024
GCU’s College of Theology (COT) was blessed to receive funds in support of students within the college due to the generosity of donors who participated in the university’s Day of Giving initiative. On the basis of donor contributions, COT is able to award scholarship funds totaling $6,700, distributed across four distinct categories:
- Grand Canyon Theological Seminary
- Global Missions
- Emerging Ministry Leaders
- Center for Worship Arts
COT majors and COT minors are encouraged to apply. Scholarships for each area entail unique eligibility requirements. Available funds will be distributed to recipients during the 2023-2024 academic year. Eligibility criteria are listed below for each opportunity. Theology students may apply for all scholarship categories for which they are eligible but may only receive an award for one of the scholarship categories.
Applications must be submitted by midnight, February 13, 2023. Applications will be reviewed as they are submitted.
Inclusion of a letter of recommendation is strongly encouraged. Letters of recommendation should come from a pastoral leader in the student’s church of membership or a member of COT’s faculty.
